Cancellation Period
  • Cancellation of a reservation is possible if the costumer notifies us atleast 48 hour’s or more before the check-in date : Full refund.
  • Any cancellation made with in 48 hour’s of the check-in date : No refund
How To Cancel
  • Guests must to contact our costumer support via email or phone call.
  • Provide your reservation details and our team will assist you with the cancellation process.
Refund Method
  • Refunds will be issued only to the payment made costumer.
  • We do not offer automatic online refund.
  • In the case of eligible cancellation made within the stipulated time , we will process the cancellation and confirm the same with you via email.
